What is Neela Saraswati Mantra or Stotram?

Verse 1:
|| Ghora Roope Maharave,
Sarva Shathru Bhayangari,
Bhakthebhyo Varade Devi,

Meaning:
O Divine Goddess, Glorious in form and sound,
Fierce to her enemies,
And benevolent to her devotees,
I seek your blessings.
Verse 2:
|| Surasurarchithe Devi,
Sidha Gandharva Sevithe,
Jadya Papa Hare Devi,
Thrahi Maam Saranagatham ||
Meaning:
O Divine Goddess worshipped by devas and asuras,
Worshipped and served by all celestial powers,
The alleviator of all sins,
I seek your blessings.
Verse 3:
|| Jatajuta Samayukthe,
Lola Jihwantha Karini,
Drutha Budhikare Devi,
Thrahi Maam Saranagatham ||
Meaning:
O Divine Goddess, With beautiful matted hair,
The dispeller of dark intentions,
The giver of mental prowess,
I seek your blessings.
Verse 4:
|| Soumya Krodha Dhare Roope,
Chanda Munda Namosthuthe,
Srushti Roope Namasthubhyam,
Thrahi Maam Saranagatham ||
Meaning:
O Divine Goddess, Who is as fierce as she is nurturing,
The creator and the blesser of all creation,
I surrender to you.
Verse 5:
|| Jadaanaam Jadathaam Hanthi ,
Bhakthaanaam Bhaktha Vathsala,
Moodathaam Hara May Devi,
Thrahi Maam Saranagatham ||
Meaning:
Divine Goddess who alleviates falsehood and foolishness,
And who is very dear to her devotees,
I pray, free me of my foolishness,
I surrender to you.
Verse 6:
|| Vam Hroom Hroom Kamaye Devi,
Bali Homa Priye Nama,
Ugra Thare Namo Nithyam,
Thrahi Maam Saranagatham ||
Meaning:
O Divine Goddess, Who is pleased by the sound of mantras,
And by offerings made with a pure heart,
I pray for your kindness and righteousness,
I seek your blessings.
Verse 7:
|| Budhim Dehi, Yaso Dehi,
Kavithwam Dehi Dehi May,
Moodathwam Cha Harer Devi,
Thrahi Maam Saranagatham ||
Meaning:
Divine Goddess, grant me abundant intelligence, success, and wisdom,
The creativity to write like poetry I pray,
Protect me from all foolishness,
I surrender to you.
Verse 8:
|| Indradhi Vilasad,
Dwanda Vandhithe Karunamayi,
Thare Tharathi Nadhasye,
Thrahi Maam Saranagatham ||
Meaning:
Divine Goddess who is saluted and merciful,
The one who rules as Tara,
I surrender to you.
Verse 9:
|| Ashtabhyaam Cha Chaturdashyaam
Navamyaam Ya Pathennarah
Shannmaasyiah Siddhimaapnoti
Natra Kaarya Vichaarana ||
Meaning:
The person who recites this hymn on,
Ashtami, Navami, and Chaturdashi,
Will achieve success in six months,
Of this there is no doubt.
Verse 10:
|| Mokshaarthi Labhate Moksham
Dhanaarthi Labhate Dhanam
Vidyaarthi Labhate Vidyaam Vidyaam
Tarka Vyaakaranaadikam ||
Meaning:
One who desires salvation attains it,
One who desires wealth attains it,
One who desires knowledge attains it,
And logic and grammar.
Concluding Verse:
|| Idham Stotram Padesdhyasthu Sathatham Sradhayonvitha,
Thasya Shathru Kshayam Yathi Maha Pradnya Prajayathe
Peedaayaam Vaapi Sangraame, Jaadye Daane Tathaa Bhaye,
Ya Idam Pathati Stotram, Shubham Tasya Na Samshayaha
Iti Pranamya Stutvaa Cha Yonimudra Pradarshayet
Iti Neela Saraswati Stotram Sampoornam ||
Meaning:
With deepest devotion I offer this chant,
So may I imbibe abundant intelligence and wisdom from the Divine Source.
In times of struggles, adversity, overwhelm, poverty, or fear,
That one who recites this hymn will receive auspiciousness beyond a doubt.
